Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Certain made-to-order, customized, or special products may require 3–5 business days for processing.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

U.S. Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is typically:

7–10 business days

For certain products or destinations, delivery may take up to 10–18 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property and with household members or neighbors before contacting us.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our support team with your order number and tracking information, and we’ll help you review the situation.

Multiple Packages

Some orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and your items may arrive at different times.
